I have a passion for traditional food preparation rituals and have studied them all over the world from Papua New Guinea to Canada. Cultures, both social cultures and our inner cultures - our microbiomes, fascinate me. The diversity of these cultures is so important to the health of ourselves and our world. As a result I offer amazingly potent kefir grains, as well as beautifully hand-made string bags (bilums) from PNG which are perfect for shopping at local farmers markets. I also help people to heal with the GAPS diet (Gut and Psychology Syndrome Diet) and Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy.
