Get to Know

We are a husband and wife (plus two dogs) team that operate a full custom wood working, picture framing and moulding business.

Our picture frame mouldings are handmade by us in Tucson, Arizona. We specialize in handmade frames that are very unique and are of our design. We take great pride in our work. Assuring our customers a well made quality product.

As owners of a custom picture framing shop we were constantly looking for unique frames to offer to our clients. We could never find anything that we really thought made the artwork snap. Pretty much the same old frames in every store. So, we decided to try to make our own. After a lot of trials and errors ( and some darn right ugly looking colors and frames ) we finally got it right. The "Colored Barnwood Style" was the first of our frame collection. After that "Style" we were pretty much addicted to creating unique handmade frames. Because we were almost exclusively only selling our handmade frames out of our shop we closed our retail location and have been working out of residence for the last two years. Making our frames, doing custom framing and woodworking. We have a full woodworking shop in the back of our house. A picture framing business in the front and a couple of kids,2 dogs and a lot of paint, wood, watercolor brushes and colored pencils in between!

Please check back as we will be adding more about us and more products soon.

Our beautiful dogs (which our business is named after) Are: Kody a border collie & Freckles a llewellin setter. They are great friends.

We are a earth friendly shop. There are no harmful additives such as lead in our paint. Also, all of our wood delivered to us comes with the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) logo. This logo identifies products which contain wood from well-managed forests certified in accordance with the rules of the Forest Stewardship Council.

For more information on the Forest Stewardship Council program in the United States, view their website at www.fscus.org

Have a great day,
