Skills and Techniques
I think my greatest culinary skill is cooking-and pairing various foods-with alcohol. Two years ago, I was the executive chef at a craft beer-centric restaurant and I was given the challenge to include craft beer in as many recipes as possible. Approximately 90% of the menu incorporated craft beer in some way. Since then, it has become my obsession to cook with not only beer, but any spirit that catches my attention. I also feel I am quite good at creating unique flavor combinations.
