Born in 1941, Michel Giachetti, has been professionally devoted to ceramic sculpture since 1974.
He lives in Savoy, in the Alps mountains, in France.
Right from his first years of practice, his goal (one might say his obsession), is to achieve a personal style.
After 20 years of various experiences he heads for a stylisation which gradually leads to the current forms. Slender, aerial, these lines bring a real elegance and originality.
After making, over the years, thousands of artworks in clay, the artist decides to immortalize his style with original artworks made in bronze. The bronze pieces are cast by Barthélémy, Art Foundry, in Crest, in France.
The sculptures, made of solid bronze, are made in limited edition of eight copies.
Each sculpture is numbered from 1 to 8 and comes with its Certificate of Authenticity.
The color is referenced as “Antique Bronze”.
This is your chance to own an original artwork from a talented artist, at an affordable price for a bronze. More »
