* California residents will be charged 9.5% local sales tax.

Shipping Policies:

* Order will be shipped in 1-2 business days. (Most items ship on the next business day).
* Items arrive in small nice cotton filled gift box, pillow gift box or soft organza pouches, unless otherwise stated.
* For items to the 48 Contiguous states, I use USPS first class/regular mail in bubble mailers with tracking number.
* Domestic delivery in the contiguous U.S. normally arrives in 3-5 business days. Shipping delays occur during holiday season and at adverse weather conditions. Faster service can be requested by upgrading the shipping to domestic priority shipping (US orders in 48 contiguous states only).
* For international shipments I offer First Class International shipping with no insurance. Shipping fees to other countries are based on actual shipping fees collected by the U.S. Postal Service.
* Customs tariffs and taxes at destination will be at buyer's expenses (if any).
* International first class shipments can take from 7-10 business days to weeks to arrive depending on the country.
* I do not offer priority shipping upgrades for international orders at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.


Return Policies: (No return/refund on earrings)

* Since each jewelry is handmade, the item has been inspected carefully for quality before shipping.
* Return is accepted with full refund (minus actual shipping fee, currently $3.09) on the item.
* Return item with no defect or damage and in original package condition.
* Return item within 7 days of receipt.
* Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Greece - 1 week to 10 business days (per US postal service estimate)

UK (Great Britain & Northern Island) - 5-7 business days (up to 2 weeks during pandemic).
