Girl's Colonial Dress / Costume--Pink--Custom Sizes Available!

Custom-made Girl's Colonial Dress / Costume, includes as a FREE gift either an authentic "pinner" cap as shown or a mob cap, as shown in one of my other listings here on ArtFire. I could list a bunch of different sizes but they are just approximations---if you want a TRULY custom dress, I work from the actual measurements of the girl it is intended for: I need the bust (chest), waistline (as taken around the abdomen at the navel) and the back length from the neckline to the ankles. Then, and only then, can I really design a dress that will actually fit the intended wearer. Since every girl is slightly different in size, then my dresses need to be also.
This dress is shown in pink, but I can custom-make it in some other color if you like. Also you can have your choice of either white lace or cream lace, a white cap or a cream-colored cap. The inset in front is a coordinating print fabric with white/cream/ or pink ribbons sewn across it---once again, this is your choice---as well as your choice of lace at the elbow-length sleeves. A zipper in back makes getting into and out of the dress a snap. A hook and eye is securely sewn at the top of the zipper so it can't come open until you unhook it.
The dress is made from easy-to-care for poly cotton and can be machine washed in warm water, tumbled dry on low or hung up to dry. A medium iron is all that is needed for a quick touch up. The bodice is fully lined and a petticoat is sewn in with the skirt to make wearing a separate petticoat unneeded. Seams are overcast to prevent pulling and raveling. I am careful to check my seams to make sure they are as they should be, tight and straight and without any problems, so your dress will stand up to repeated wearings and washing and hopefully be able to be passed down to someone else after your daughter has outgrown it.
