M.C. Escher Inspired Sea Turtle Lazy Susan

M.C. Escher was an artist and a genius. He is perhaps best known for the complex interlocking patterns of various shapes he created called tessellations. His work has influenced crafts, fashion, and architecture.

In this Lazy Susan design, we reimagine Escher’s work in three dimensions. The piece is painstakingly constructed by hand from individually cut and engraved sea turtle shapes and then finished with resin which creates a hard, smooth, glassy surface making this turntable beautiful as well as functional and durable.

This Lazy Susan would fit perfectly into a beach home, but it would also be a conversation piece in any home.
