Let us know your personalisation in the notes to seller section or send us a message. Your stamp will be personalised as per your instructions so please double check it before sending. We will use any default text and fonts as per the sample unless otherwise requested. Proofs will only be sent where requested.
Instructions:
1 . Depress the stamp to the first lock position to insert or to take out the ink pad.
2. Gently depress the handle to return the stamp to its normal position.

Payment:
I accept credit cards and PayPal as primary payment method. You can pay by Visa, Master Card or American Express via Paypal secure service. When you use a credit card to make your payment, you will see that option on the PayPal log-in page.
Shipping:
Almost every item in my shop is made to order. It takes up to 2-3 days for your items to be finished and shipped. Usually it takes less time, but i take the maximum terms.
Shipping usually takes about 5-7 business days

It is very important for us that you are happy with your product. I accept returns and exchanges not custom orders within the first 15 days of receipt. The item must return in new and unused condition. Please contact me to request a refund. Refunds will be issued less shipping charges.

Refunds
Our items are personalized just for you. These personalized custom jewelry are hand stamped using special tools. Thus, each piece will be unique and thus you should expect variations from the photos.
No two pieces will be alike. Text and designs may not be absolutely perfect and straight. This gives you the unique detail to your charm and should not be considered a defect in craftsmanship.
We do not accept custom orders returns unless it is our error. If there is a mistake on your order (mistake made by us from information provided by customer within order details), we will re-stamp the order for you. As quality is one of our top priorities, we reserve the right to determine our own quality. We will not be responsible if you are dissatisfied with your item or font choice.
