Physical Items:

1. The physical items will be refunded only if you have received it in severely damaged condition and is unusable. In case the item is received in damaged condition please provide high resolution photos of the product within 24 hrs of receiving the item. Only the cost of the item will be refunded, the shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount paid by you at the time of purchase. The cost of shipping back the item will be borne by you.

2. You will be informed of the tracking code given by the shipping company to track the location of the item. The tracking code to help you arrange redelivery of the item by the shipping company/ postal service will be provided to you in case you are unavailable at the time of delivery. Only the cost of the item will be refunded if the item is not delivered and returned to me due to unavailability of the recipient. The cost of item will be refunded after the item reaches me in good condition due to non-delivery. The cost of shipping paid by you cannot be refunded.

3. Unfortunately no refund can be provided by me if I'm charged for shipping back of the item.

4. Although every effort is made to weigh the item correctly, if you are charged extra postal fees due to weight of the item being more than mentioned in the invoice, only fees up to $5 will be refunded to you. I will require a scanned copy of the postal fee receipt for me to make this refund.

5. If you wish to cancel an order please contact me within 24 hours of making the purchase after which no cancellation will be considered. An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped.
