PHOTOS are taken, by LauraAnne, the artist of all pieces to ensure product hasn't been tampered with, & cannot be reproduced for profit.

Your Art Jewelry piece will be wrapped up with care & prettied so that it will feel like a gift to you or the loved one you may be buying for, or for a friend to feel cared about. It will be sent in bubble wrapped in a box or envelop depending on the size of your creation and sent confirmation notice.
If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact me to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
Jewelry must be in orignal shape, not look worn, with original tag & package in same/similar packaging to enssure it will arrive in good condition. Upon receipt & evalutating the condition of the jewelry, I will certainly refund, and return shipping if returned due to error on my part and in orignal condition.
Shipping is $2.00, $1.00 for each additional pieces, & ship to Canada only international shipping is $7.00 & $1.00 for additional pieces. If you desire to pay for INSURANCE that can be an additional $10-30 paid by you depending on the destination or area. Refunds are given up to 10 days after your receive and ship back your items with original tags and unworn. If thee is a problem with items I will be moe than glad to fix it, or give you a different choice.

CUSTOM ORDERS: For a Custom order there will need to be a 2 wk time period for getting supplies and creating the Art Jewelry. Due to work involved with desigining & purchasing products there is a non-refundable fee of $30 should you cancel your order which is due at the start of the project. The balance of price will be will be due at finishing of design. I will always work with you to make your design as much as to your dream as possible.
Sometimes visions are different so I will work as closely as possible & provide a picture of the work to be e mailed to you as it is in progress, so changes can be made before it is finished. If you decide that you want a piece to be made shorter when it is completed there is an additonal $10 fee. If you wish to change order to make piece longer there will be an additonal charge of $20 added on the price of the piece up to 5", and any longer as the piece will have to be redone & additional stones add, then price will be adjusted if the lengthen changed further.
