I accept Paypal or Stripe. Your products will ship within 2 days of my receiving payment. All items are posted as "Ready-to-Ship".
In case of a situation where you paid via Paypal, however said payment was not received by me, product shipment will be held until payment problem is solved. This usually means getting your Paypal transaction # to me so I can resolve the issue with Paypal. I typically ship via USPS. Orders over $50 will be sent 'return receipt' with tracking. Insurance will be added at no extra cost to you for all orders over $50.
Refunds or exchanges will be given on all products if returned within 7 days with prior authorization from DaisyB's Designs if you are not happy for any reason. SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE. All textiles, i.e. Handbags, totes, & purses are returnable in an unused condition, with prior authorization by me, for a refund (minus shipping costs) within 7 days if you are not satisfied with the item. Repairs or replacement due to a problem with the construction of said product will be made up to 30 days after purchase with a prior authorization (via email). Please allow 30 days for a replacement product to be made. Item's lost or damaged in the shipping process are handled on a per incident basis.
