VINTAGE MARBLE BEADS Gray White 10mm pkg 4 1980 RB276
Vintage 10mm round gray and white colored genuine marble stone beads that we purchased in Asia in 1984.
The polish on these beads is superb as you can see from all the photographs as is the cutting because the standards back in Asia during this time period were very strict.
**If you love the look of these beads, I have large 20mm focal size listed as well under my gemstone bead section as well as amazing oval hand carved twist beads so please check them out!**
If you love marble beads, please check out the peach colored marble beads also listed under round gemstone beads.
Marble is a metamorphosed limestone and the banding represents color variations in the original material that has been compressed and folded.
Marble has had a long tradition in history of being used in only the finest of art work .
Each of these beads measures 10mm and we 100% guarantee them to be natural stone and vintage beads from the mid 1980's. Because they are a natural material, the patterns will vary from bead to bead but we will match the 4 you purchase.
****These beads are wonderful mixed with white chalcedony beads that I have in my shop. I also have the same color of marble but in a large oval 30mm x22mm twist shape under luxury carved beads so please have a look - CB-092! And I have an amazing 20mm x23mm octahedron marble bead of the same color listed as CB-088!**
I sold many of these amazing round marble beads through the Smithsonian Institution's museum shop and mail order catalog during the 1980's and they were also featured in trunk shows at Bloomingdales and Saks Fifth Avenue during this same time period.
You'll never see beads like this nowadays at your neighborhood "gem show"!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: POSTAGE RATES HAVE RISEN DRAMATICALLY IN 2020
ORDERS INSIDE USA: A charge of $4.00 covers any first class shipment up to 15 ounces. Our beads vary so much in weight that it is impossible for us to apply a single add-on charge for multiple product orders. We will continue to refund to customers any amount that greatly exceeds our actual cost of shipping and handling.
ORDERS OUTSIDE USA: International First Class rates are now crazy: $16.50 for any package weighing from 1-5 ounces. Even an order for 2-3 small bead items may cost $16.50 or more, depending on the type of material (stone versus resin, for example). We apologize in advance if we have to adjust the postage cost of an order that has been placed. We will understand if an order is rescinded when the postage cost is too high relative to the product value.
All international orders have contents described as "loose beads" and are flagged as "commercial samples" or " gift" if you prefer to make your life easier when receiving your beads. If you'd like us to mark your order as " gift" instead please let us know!
All our beads are inspected one by one before being shipped. They are individually wrapped to protect them and then put in little plastic ziploc bags.
All vintage beaded jewelry is either shipped in a little gift box tied with a ribbon or in a vintage Chinese embroidered silk purse.
If you ever have a problem with a damaged bead or jewelry, don't hesitate to contact us. We are only human, and with so many orders going out on a daily basis, there is always room for error. We will replace your order (assuming we have more in stock), issue you a store credit, or give you a full refund if the item is returned in the same condition as it was shipped within 7 days of receiving your order if you are not fully satisfied. You must notify us as soon as you receive your order if there is a problem.
We want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchases!
We value each and every customer and are delighted that you have chosen to shop in our store! Customer relations are extremely important to us and we pride ourselves on the authenticity of what we sell, how we package it, and being accessible to all of you should a question or a problem ever arise.
Thank you - Debby and Joel Arem
Love my beads! The coloring in the epidote was not as intense as illustrated, but it is certainly a good example of the mineral. The colors in the unakite beads are wonderful. The quality of the carving I would rate as good to excellent.
Nice beads!! Super fast thanks a lot!!!
I have dreamed of having a necklace such as the jade one. But the red one. That was a surprise. Both are beautiful. Thank you! Best, Jane
Lovely color;!interesting stones.
When I thought that I had ordered two of these and then checked out I had to order another set. The seller was very kind and combined my two orders and refunded my shipping.
