My dyed rovings, combed tops, and yarns vary from dyepot to dyepot, even when using the same "recipe" because there are so many variables when dyeing fibers. I will gladly do my best to recreate a colorway but cannot guarantee that a repeat dye job will simulate a previous dye job 100%.



If you need something special and don't see it in our store, please convo me to inquire about having me get it for you or make it for you. I do my best to assist fellow fiber artists in acquiring their dream fibers!

Payment

Paypal payment is accepted. Your order ships within 3 to 5 business days. Please be sure that your shipping address on PayPal is correct! I use PayPal for my shipping so your package will go to the address listed on your PayPal account.

Shipping

I generally ship via USPS first class mail, unless the package goes over the 13 oz weight limit, then items generally ship via USPS Priority Mail. I add a small handling fee to cover packaging, etc. I use recycled plastic bags to ship most items via first class mail and they are pretty pricey but VERY good bags and I can fit quite a bit in them.



Insurance is available for an additional fee. If you'd like to add insurance to your package, just convo me prior to paying for your purchases and I will adjust the listing with insurance fees added.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are available if merchandise is defective. Returns for defective merchandise must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the item. Convo me with the problem and I will give you instructions on what to do.
