I placed an order weeks ago for an important memorial coming up and still haven't recived my order

Haven't received my tracking number hasn't texted me back about my shipment

Have not received a tracking number nor the product. Will not recommend or buy from Westboy again

I received the item and it was not what I thought at all. It says xxl but it is not that size at all. My boyfriend and I both tried it on and no way it can be xxl. A normal xxl which my boyfriend takes is 47-49inch chest. The sweatshirt I got is a 44inch at chest and doesn’t even come to the hip. I’m so disappointed because I got it for a gift for him and he can’t even wear it :( not happy at all and want a refund.
