Products will usually ship out one or two days from purchase. I use first class USPS. Depending on region, shipping should take from two to five days in the US.
I do provide refunds in case of postage errors. I will also exchange products as long as they are shipped back within two weeks with no damage (you pay return postage).
I work hard to make sure customers are happy with their purchases. You can contact me anytime. I can do a lot of customizing on jewelry products such as different clasps, shorter or longer lengths, colors (on some things), just let me know what you need and I can fix it for you.
