Ownership of packages turned over to USPS or any other carrier transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors, or incorrect shipping info. The buyer is responsible to provide an address that carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately we have no control over shipping once a package departs our studio.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as weather, natural disasters or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.
