Shipping is based on weight/size. Default shipping is through United States Postal Service. I have assigned shipping fees on each individual item based on the most economical rate possible.

First Class Padded envelope $2.00/$0.50 each additional items (small, lightweight items fitting up to approximately 5x10 envelopes)
Priority Mail Small Flat Rate: $7.00 (Additional items ship free)
Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate: $13.00 (Additional items ship free)
Priority Mail Large Flat Rate: 17.00 (Additional items ship free)
International shipping is a flat rate of $20.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.

CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom ordered finished pieces will require approximately one (1) week production time.

**WHOLESALE TERMS**

Wholesale rates are available to qualified dealers/designers. A permit/tax ID/resale license from your state is required. There is no minimum purchase amount however, discounts increase as follows:

$1 to $99.00: 10%
$100 to $299: 20%
$300 + : 30%

DG Designs will not accept anything less than your full satisfaction. Your purchases are guaranteed to your satisfaction for 2 weeks from delivery. Return postage is at the buyer's expense. Refund or store credit will be applied upon receipt of returned merchandise.

14 days with no contact on this order. I emailed multiple times with no response. I called and was told she would call back within 30 minutes, again no response. Communication is key! I expressed that these items were for a custom order and that i was in urgent need of these. Had you been honest from the start, i could have purchased elsewhere.
