All items are shipped out via Priority Mail through the USPS. All items can be tracked. Insurance is an optional issue. We do provide insurance on select items, please contact us if you have questions regarding when insurance is provided. If you must return something, simply ship it back with a tracking number. We will exchange, replace or refund on individual cases. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Custom work requires 50% up front, and the remainder paid at time of shipping. Length of time on custom work will vary based on order placement and complexity of project.
