Once it is a pure micron-sized particle powder, it is carefully mixed with an organic binder to create a pliable clay-like substance that a jewelry artist may shape, texture, mold or refine in a number of ways. It is a remarkable medium for metal artists, and can be added to traditional .999 fine silver wire and/or sheet products.

Once the artist completes the design and refined it, the piece is fired at 1250F to burn all the binder away and allow all the silver particles to fuse into a solid silver mass...what remains is .999 pure silver jewelry. It's a magical transformation.
