Artistic Wire now packages the Gold in 40 yard spools! This is the same great wire - copper with a silver plate layer, then covered with the gold. The 40 yard spool allows you to create more projects with a better price per foot than the 15 yard spool did! 28 gauge is my recommended gauge for spool knitting in single knit and double knit.
