This is an American Made Oregonglassblower Direct Injection Showerhead Down stem. 18.8mm male to 18.8mm male. 10 Slot showerhead. Used for Oil Dome Setups.
I can make them any length you need.

I measure from under the lower ground fitting. Just the clear part.

I looked a few other places after I stopped here first, and I will say that I found cheaper prices on the item that I bought. The Item has not shipped. It has been over a week that the order was placed and haven't heard from anyone. There's no tracking number and the seller does not return emails.
