The Additional Summer Shield Element can either be used as Decoupage to add dimension to your Card or used as an insert for the Inside of your Card. This is a Seneca Pond Crafts exclusive design, and no commercial licensing is required, except you may not resell or share the Digital File itself for others to print out. I'm upset because I never received my order. I purchased items on may 15th 2020 . She emails me what I purchased but I've asked her several times when I would receive my items and she refuses to tell me. I will never order from artfire again!! She was quick to take my money not not deliver my items. Beware.
