SHIPPING: When weight is under 13 ounces, we usually ship by First Class mail within two days of receiving cleared payment.

INTERNATIONAL: There are no delivery confirmation or insurance options on First Class International Shipping using the shipping rate listed. If one is required, please inquire and we will check on available services and the cost. We ship with the Customs Declaration affixed to package. Please understand that we cannot be responsible if customs takes possession of your package or for any fees, taxes and/or duties related to shipping to your country.

INSURANCE: Insurance is recommended on U.S. shipping (at an additional cost of $1.70 for initial $50.00 coverage) as we cannot guarantee delivery once we deliver your package to the post office.

REFUNDS: We are committed to providing you items as we describe them. If we made a gross error in our description, please return within five days in the condition in which it was shipped to you. We will refund you the cost of the item only.
