Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail.
Shipments valued at $100> will have Signature Confirmation applied as well.
Priority & Express Mail are available at customer request also.

International orders are shipped via First Class Mail International. If you'd prefer another method, please query for details and additional options.

All items will be shipped within 1 business days after payment has been received. Barring holidays & posted vacations, I ship promptly.

All non-US customers please note that all duties , taxes & customs fees assessed by your friendly customs agent are not my responsibility. Please be aware of the laws and fees associated with shopping abroad that your country deems applicable.

***RETURNS & LOSSES***
Items may be returned within 1 week of customer receipt of item. It must be in the same condition in which it was sent (i.e. unworn/unused) and the cost of shipping the return is to be incurred by the customer. I will happily issue either a store credit in this case, which will be valid for use for up to one year from the date of purchase. Alternatively, if an item is returned in the condition in which it was sent, I will happily exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value (up to the purchase price of the original item) at customer request.

Should an item go missing in the post, every effort will be made to resolve the situation with the customer to their satisfaction.

No returns or refunds on custom work.

Custom & wholesale requests are welcome. Just tell me what you seek and I'll see what I can to make it come true. Custom & wholesale orders require a minimum 50% deposit for the order to begin. The remainder is due when the order is complete.
