Coral Hand Crocheted Scarf with Blue, Yellow, and Pink Pom Poms

This scarf is hand crocheted holding both a pink yarn and a pom pom yarn with pom balls of blue, yello, and pink. The pink yarn almost has a peach or coral color to it with the contrast of the yellow from the pom pom yarn.

Pom Pom yarn is a thin thread of yarns, and every inch or so there is a cluster of thread producing a small burst of yarn. This particular pom pom yarn has a yellow and blue which is quite visible on the scarf. There are also two colors of pink, a light pink and a darker pink. Since the yarn I held with the pom pom yarn is pink, you do not see these poms as much as you do the yellow and blue, but the pinks give a variance of pink hues to the scarf as well as some extra texture.

The scarf measures about 48 ½ inches. On each end I have hand crocheted loops of the pink yarn making fringe. This fringe adds about another 7 inches to each end of the scarf. The fringe is also thick, so as the scarf hangs, the fringe flares a bit at the ends of the scarf.

To wash the scarf, you would hand wash in cold water. Wrap in a towel and squeeze out the excess water, then lay flat to dry. Once completely dried, if the scarf needs fluffing, you can place in a cool dryer with a dryer sheet for about a minute or two.
