☛ Please contact me within 5 days, after receiving the item and notify me that you are returning it. As the buyer, you are responsible for return shipping costs and arrangements. Item must be shipped, in original packaging and you must provide me with the Tracking Number for the return shipment to the indicated address. Upon receipt of your return, a refund will be issued minus original shipping charges.
☛ Refunds will not be made on items that are returned without communication, or on items that are not returned in like new condition (as shipped).

In addition to my standard returns policy I also ask for the following:
- When returning from outside of the EU you MUST mark the parcel as a RETURN. Incorrectly marked parcels can cause me to incur a customs charge which may result in you having that amount deducted from your refund.

■ Customs and import taxes ■
It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any customs and import charges if incurred.
I correctly complete customs forms for each order sent outside of the EU.

■ Orders returned to me as unclaimed or undeliverable. ■
Upon return to me of an order that is undeliverable due to being unclaimed or incorrect/incomplete address i will message the customer no more than twice. If i do not receive a reply to my messages then orders will be refunded. If a customer wishes to have their order resent it will be at their own expense. A custom listing will be created to cover the cost of postage and packaging the item again.
