The Dancer and the Bull - Alejandro Urgell
Hi there everyone!
My name is Alejandro Urgell I'm originally from Barcelona and Havana and a well known artist that has paintings at art galleries around the world and private collections and have been supporting actively the art scene in San Francisco for the last 8 years and the New York art scene for 10 years
I also come from the same family lineage of the important and famous painter Modest/Modesto Urgell who was my greatgrandgrandfather who was the teacher of Picasso, Miro and others at the University of arts in Barcelona and also he worked closely with Dalí.
Im leaving soon from San Francisco to Havana to work on an important project, this is one of the last pieces available on sale that I can't take with me and need to be placed on a beautiful home that would be appreciated before leaving and well taken care of.
Sadly San Francisco has turned into a city where Artists can't survive anymore and I've had a hard time selling these last valuable pieces of art that's why at this point I accept reasonable offers.
It's called the dancer and the bull, and it's a bull with a dancer that looks like a torero, but instead is a friendly torero, there's no cruelty, they are friends and dancing over water. Abstract figurative
