The iconic multi stripes of green, red, yellow and indigo were introduced on the Hudson's Bay Point Blanket at the end of the 18th century. The colors were chosen because they were popular and easily produced using good colorfast dyes. These four colors are also sometimes known as Queen Anne's colors since they first became popular during her reign (1702 - 1714). Today, you'll find an assortment of clothing, accessories and home items adorned with the HBC stripes.

The iconic Canadian coat - the very desirable and increasingly difficult to find traditional classic. Made in Canada using genuine Point Blankets by the famous Hudson's Bay Company. The company is still in Canada, but Canadians no longer own it and coats like this are no longer made. When they were last sold, the retail price was over $950.00. They will only become more desirable as time goes on. This coat features 2 big exterior patch pockets and 2 angled slash pockets, a large collar that can be turned up and buttoned for more protection, partial wool lining on interior for added protection and warmth and the classic good looks synonymous with the famous Hudson's Bay Company and the Canadian north. They are fantastic and timeless coats, will last for many years and always look great. It's warm and it's comfortable.
