It seems silly to purchase a file to download and it not be available to download after purchase. I have yet to receive my file.
I ordered this design back on July 23 it is now August 26 and I have yet to received what I paid for. This is the first and last time I use you or this site. You have had plenty of time to send my instant download.
I have not received my order...it is a simple download...I would like a refund.
