Most of my items are shipped out within 14 to 21 days after payment is received. If you need it sooner please contact me. Larger or custom orders may need some additional time. I use first class mail in a padded envelope. If you would like a different method of shipment please contact me. Please make sure your address is up to date on your Paypal account as this is the address I will be shipping to.

If you would like insurance on the package please let me know. The rates are as follows:

If for some reason, the package becomes lost and there was no insurance please contact the postal service. If an item comes to you damaged, uninsured, please contact me and I'll see what I can do.



If you are unhappy with any item please contact me so we can work things out. I will be happy to do a return or exchange as long as it is within 3 days of receiving the unused item. There are no returns on custom items, for example using a specific color, ordering specific supplies. I require a deposit and then a picture will be provided of the item before the balance is due.
