Shipping: Most items are shipped USPS First Class with delivery tracking. During holiday seasons, I add insurance for your protection.
I ship some of my oversized hats Priority Mail; these listings will specify Priority Mail as the shipping method.
Overseas packages are mailed USPS first class. If you live in a country with political and/or religious restrictions where customs and/or government officials can open packages and withhold them if they do not approve of the contents -- order at your own risk. I am happy to mail an item to you, but am not responsible for packages that are confiscated.
For items shipped 1st class, you have the option of upgrading to Priority Mail. Just go to the "Add On" Section and add 1 priority mail listing to your Cart.
Day 1 of Turnaround time to make and mail your order begins on the day you have paid for your order, and provided me with size, color, etc. Please be sure to include all information in the "message to seller" box during checkout to avoid delays.
If an item says Ready to Ship, I will mail it within 48 hours.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification. This notification will include the tracking number. Once a package is mailed and USPS has verified receipt of the package, please check on its progress often. If your package has been marked "delivered" but you didn't receive it, call your post office immediately, and talk to your carrier. Sometimes things are scanned, but not left for a variety of reasons. I am happy to offer suggestions and help if this occurs, but am not responsible for misplaced mail.
To ensure Paypal buyer and seller protection, your package will be mailed to the "confirmed" name and address on your PAYPAL account.
If you have moved, please update your Paypal information. I would hate it if your package was delivered to the wrong address!!
If your order is a gift and you want it to be mailed directly to that person, please specify that this is a gift and include the recipient's name and address in the "note to seller" during check out.
Custom Orders: I love doing special orders, and most anything you see in my shop can be made in another size, color, etc. I love to collaborate with imaginative people, so if there is something that you haven't been able to find, email me your ideas.
Refunds/Exchanges: I make every effort to accurately describe my items. Please send an email inquiry before you purchase if you have any questions, especially about sizes. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so will refund your money, minus shipping costs if: 1) returned items are in pristine condition (unworn, unused, clean), 2) shipped with delivery confirmation (tracking); 3) returned in appropriate packaging or box; and 4) shipped within 3 days of date that you received it. All sales on special orders are final.
