Here at JK's Creations, we are all about YOU!! If you see an item in my store that you really like, but its not quite fitting in with your style/needs, please message me and maybe we can discuss making some adjustments :)! For example, I tend to wear my necklaces slightly long because I like the dangle appearance. But if you like to wear your jewelry slightly higher on the neck we may be able to adjust the length to YOUR style! Or maybe I have listed an item that is made using pink beads, but you'd like to have it in blue... just ask!!! I already love each and every piece that I make... now, I want YOU to love it too!!!

Payment Methods:
At this time, the only form of payment that I am able to accept is Pay pal. It is a great and secure way to handle financial transactions over the internet. You can even make a payment without actually creating an account!! I do not charge sales tax on any of my items. The price you see is the price you pay! No surprises here :). However, please be aware that I will not be able to ship your purchase(s) until I have received your payment. Also please make sure that the address for shipping is correct on Pay pal.

Shipping Policies:
Shipping fees can sometimes be outrageous and I know how frustrating that can be when you find an item online that you really want. I don't want this to be a worry when you shop at my store, so I always try my best to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. I even offer occasional *free shipping* so keep your eyes open for these deals! I currently ship within the U.S. using USPS,within 3-7 business days of received payment. It takes a little longer, but it is very reliable and the rates are the best I've found so far. Until I can find a better way, international shipments are handled on an individual basis and method of shipment is based on where the product is going and the cost. If you would prefer that I ship your item(s) using a different method, please let me know and I will do whatever I can to accommodate :). Insurance can also be purchased upon request. Just add a note at the time of purchase! But rest assured I package each item with care to ensure the safest travel possible :).

Packaging:
All jewelry purchases will arrive nicely presented in a pretty gift box or pouch, and will be mailed in either a bubble mailer or box, which ever meets the needs of the item.

Returns/exchanges:
Any returns or exchanges require that you contact me within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. All returns must be sent via USPS with insurance and a tracking number (at your expense) and include all the original packaging in good condition. Return items must be in their original condition without evidence of having been worn.

Custom Orders:
I want my customers to be happy and get an item that they really want. So if you have a custom request that you would like to ask me about, feel free!! I'll gladly help if I can :)! And although I keep all of my designs one of a kind, I am more than happy to use an existing piece as a guideline. If you are looking for a design similar to a piece that has already been sold, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am positive that we will come up with something that you will love just as much... if not more!
