Lunargent Workshop is located in Montréal, Québec, Canada.

I can answer your queries in either French or English. Unless otherwise requested, I will answer in the language the email was received in.

All Lunargent Workshop creation are made in a pet-free and smoke-free environment. All creations are hand-assembled by me.


Payment

Payment is to be received within 5 days of purchase.

No taxes will be applied, since I am not required by law to collect them (small supplier according to Quebec laws).

Payment is non-refundable once item has been shipped. You may ship the item back and your payment will be refunded (except shipping charges) once it is received.

Shipping

Shipping is made in padded envelopes for most items, within 3 three days of payment. Shipping is uninsured, untrackable through Canada Post. Typical transit time for the US can be up to 10 open days. A confirmation of shipping will be emailed to you.

If you wish for special packaging, insurance or trackable shipping, cost for these can be quoted on.

Custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer.


Refunds and Exchanges

If the item is defective within the stated warranty term, you may return it for repair or replacement . Shipping for repair is at your charge for the going trip and I will pay for the return for the first two repairs.

Warranty
- Earring : 1 year
- Bracelet 20$ and under: 1 year
- Bracelet over 20$ : 2 year
- Necklace 40$ and under: 1 year
- Necklace over 40$ : 3 years

I really don't expect my jewelry to break, I just want you to feel confident that if problems do arise, they will be addressed.

If no confirmation or insurance is purchased, I will not be responsible for losses in transit.
