I ship by USPS, after payment is received and cleared. I make every effort to get parcel in the mail within 48 hours. The only Shipping I can pre-determine is Priority Mail. I will ship USPS First Class, and that cost depends on your zip code and the weight of the package. I will give the weight in my description. My zipcode is 95757. If you buy more than one item, I will combine shipping. In all cases, I'm willing to work with you to get the lowest shipping charge possible. If you want insurance, you must request it and prepay. I've added a $1 Handling charge for Domestic and $2 for International.

My return policy is simple: I want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you're not and if you're willing to send it back to me in it's original state, I will refund your money, minus the Shipping and Handling Charge.
