We accept PayPal as my primary method of payment. Not registered with PayPal? Not to worry! You can still use your credit card (Visa, Master, Discover, American Express) through their site. Just choose the Pay with PayPal option at checkout and follow their instructions to pay with credit card.

Shipping
-All domestic orders will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail within 1 to 2 business days after your payment is successfully accepted/processed.
-Business days are referred to as Monday-Friday.
-First class mail transit times are 3-10 business days for domestic orders.
-International orders will take about 10 to 15 days for transit.
-All orders include USPS tracking with delivery confirmation. Please note status updates only reflect the most recent scanned location. Packages are not always scanned while en route.
-If your order has not arrived but shows "delivered" on the tracking, you will need to contact your local USPS office for more information.
-If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering!
-Rush orders can be accommodated, just message us!

*PLEASE make sure your NAME & ADDRESS on AIRFIRE account matches your PAYPAL account for U.S orders. If you do not have the correct information in your PAYPAL account and your package is lost or returned, you assume liability. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!

The Knot Certified is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. USPS failures are responsibility of the buyer. For any undelivered packages, please file a claim with USPS so they can be forwarded to the correct mailing address. If packages are returned, we'll contact the buyers but they're responsible to pay for shipping again.
