PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time order is placed.
PayPal
This is our preferred payment method because it's the safest way to pay online. Payment through PayPal can be made with a credit card, by e-check or by transfer from your PayPal account even if you don't have a Paypal account.
SHIPPING
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! Delivery confirmation is included in shipping cost for most items. This service is limited to the United States. The U.S. Postal Service now provides tracking information for shipping to certain foreign countries. If you live in one of the included countries, you will also receive a tracking number for your order.
For international orders we'll include the customs declaration number which I understand can be traced to the final U.S. border before leaving the country but it's not the same as delivery confirmation.
Purchases are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment and are sent via USPS. You will be notified when your package ships and provided a tracking number.
Gift Shipping
We'll gladly ship your gift to its intended recipient at no extra cost upon payment being cleared. Please provide the recipient's address via message when submitting your order. A gift card will also be included. Please tell us what you'd like the card to say.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We stand behind the quality of every item we sell and want you to be so delighted with your purchase that you'd buy from Unexpected Treasure again as well as recommend us to family and friends.
We will accept returns within 10 days of your receiving the item BUT the item must be UNUSED and in sell-able condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and this cost is non-refundable (unless the item was received damaged). Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used for your purchase.
