SHIPPING INFORMATION

Jewelry:
All OOAK* items will be shipped the next business day after the payment has been received and confirmed**. All other items are made to order, and because of that will be shipped within five (5) business days of payment confirmation**. All items are packed with care and shipped with a tracking number and invoices are included. If you are purchasing a gift and having it sent directly to the person for whom the gift was purchased, and you prefer no invoice be included or would like me to send it to you separately, simply contact me here with the details and I can do that for you. :)

All orders are shipped to the address provided through ArtFire unless I am notified otherwise, so please make sure the address provided is correct.

I currently only ship within the United States. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

RETURNS

VINTAGE AND CLEARANCE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL! My apologies for any inconvenience, but I will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on vintage or clearance items.

Returns on non vintage and non clearance items are welcome if one is requested via email (violetrosepetals07@gmail.com) or ArtFire message within 14 days (2 weeks) of the item delivery with no questions asked. DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE THIS AND GOTTEN A RESPONSE. Item must be shipped with the original invoice that came with it. Payment will be refunded when the item is received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items that do not arrive will not be refunded (so for your own safety I suggest paying for tracking/signature confirmation/etc). Returns are for the full amount paid.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All of my jewelry goes through a final quality check before it is listed, and again before it is shipped, to ensure your new jewelry is functional and will withstand proper use for years to come. All jewelry is then well packed into its own cotton lined box which is placed in a padded bubble mailer for its postal route to you. If your item arrives non-functional contact me immediately with details and picture(s) of exactly how the item fails to function, and I will find a way to make it right. All of that said, please ensure you are properly using and caring for your new jewelry.

PROPER USE

My products are not intended for children under 13 years of age.

Keep all items away from flame or high heat, water, and small children. If item becomes wet, pat it dry with a soft towel. Items should be removed before starting exercise, manual labor, swimming, showering/bathing, or during any activity that involves excessive movement. Ensure zipper pulls and key chains are removed from clothing/bags before washing.

Due to the nature of handmade and naturally acquired components (gemstones, shells, flowers, wooden components, handmade components, etc.), some small variances may occur from the photo in size, shape, color, or pattern on non-OOAK* items. All OOAK* items are marked as such in the description and that specific item will be what you get when you receive your purchase.

All computer monitors are different, so actual colors may be slightly different from what you see. Please keep this in mind when purchasing. If you receive your item and it is not what you expected, feel free to return/exchange it. Please see return policies above for more information.
