Fascinator / bridal headpiece forms - ROUND

My preferred from of payment is paypal, but I am open to almost any form that I can verify. Please convo me for other forms of payment, including checks (must wait for clearance) and barter. Custom orders require a 50% downpayment, 25% of which is non-refundable. This *may* be waived in the case of a custom order which would be re-sellable; Hot pink custom-fitted leather would not be considered re-sellable.

I prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail, because I find it is about as fast as UPS ground or FedEx ground. I am open to shipping by any method the client wishes, as long as he/she is willing to pay the applicable fees. Insurance is available for an extra charge.
I am happy to ship to a giftee. Gift wrap is included at no extra charge.
Local buyers may schedule a pickup by convo.
I use recycled packing materials whenever possible.
If you would like an invoice with your shipment please let me know; I only provide receipts upon request.

For international shipping I have set a flat rate of $10; I will refund any excess when the item actually ships. If the shipping is more than $10, I will send you an updated paypal invoice for the extra.

Refunds and exchanges are on a case by case basis. We guarantee all items for workmanship. We will not replace items which have been abused. Requests for exchanges based on incorrect size or inappropriateness for a giftee are honored, as long as the item is returned in the condition in which it was received.

We welcome alchemy and custom orders. We will consider wholesale and consignment order requests.
