I was on a timeline with making keychains for an event and was anxiously awaiting the beads. I ordered on April 2nd. On April 6th after I received beads from another seller that I ordered from at the same time, I reached out to Sherri from Crystals by the piece and asked if my items had shipped. She mentioned for the safety of her family that she would only ship one day a week on Fridays. Understandable....however she never mentioned that previously until I reached out to her and then the following Friday on April 10th I followed up again asking for tracking information...her response was a refund and a note that said she was not able to ship them with no further explanation and didn't return my messages. I had a gut feeling from the reviews that I shouldn't have purchased from her but went ahead anyways. Never again.

would leave a zero star if i could!! numerous messages to this seller went unanswered! more than 1 week after ordered was placed & still no confirmation of shipping & no product has been received! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER ~ I am now out the monies spent with this seller & no product to fulfill my own orders
