Payment

We accept Paypal and money orders. If you are sending a money order please inform me upon checkout. If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase the transaction will be canceled. Your item WILL NOT be added to our queue until we receive the payment. When that information is received then the wait time and shipping time will begin.

XS: 14"-16", preemies-newborn
S: 16"-18", 6-12 mos
M: 18"-20", 1-4 yrs
L: 20"-23", 5 yrs and up (most adults)
XL: 23"-25", adults with large head or hair

Shipping

To keep shipping costs low we ship items using USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation (2-3 days in the US after wait time). If you would prefer a shipping upgrade or insurance please let me know and I'll bill you for the additional shipping expense. I am not responsible for any losses or delays made by mail carriers. Items that are custom-made usually ship 10 BUSINESS DAYS from purchase. If you order a newly created design or 2 or more items the wait time is sometimes longer. If you do not check our policies the sale is still valid. It is not our responsibility if items get caught in customs.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. If approved you may return your item within seven days of receipt for a full exchange of the item price less shipping costs and sales fees. You may also opt to exchange the item for another one in my shop. There are no refund or exchanges on custom newly designed items or items lost by the USPS. If you are worried about the USPS losing your item please request insurance to be added.
