PAYMENT METHOD:
Graceful Designs uses Pay Pal as our payment processor. I am a verified Pay Pal member and am happy to accept payment of credit cards through PayPal. Upon receipt of your payment from PayPal, I will do my very best to ship out your items within 24hrs after cleared payment.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:
All of my US parcels are shipped USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. I usually ship within 24hrs of receiving payment.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/RETURNS:
I want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Graceful Designs. I am an independent artist designing and creating all of my own pieces. I also package and ship everything personally. My jewelry is one of a kind and I finish each piece with the utmost care with customer satisfaction in mind. I want you to love your piece of jewelry as much as I did creating it. If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the item. It must be in the original, unused condition in which it was sent/received. Your refund will be credited to your Pay Pal account and will be the purchase price of the item, less;
o The shipping cost ( I pay initial cost of sending item to buyer...that is why my shipping costs are deducted from refund.)
o All SALE items are final

HOW TO RETURN:
Please e-mail me ASAP and notify me of any problem with your order or of any intention to return an item. For your protection please return the item to me in all original packaging using a reliable carrier that offers tracking. I will give you the return address when you contact me.
