One of the masks that we ordered arrived in no time, everything was perfect! The second mask that we ordered took a week to receive even after rush shipping was paid for and multiple email attempts on our end to communicate in regards to the item. While the seller did communicate, they were not very quick about it, nor would they answer with all the information necessary. Also would like to see phone numbers for company so that this can be a faster ways of communication amongst sellers and buyers. Overall the masks were great though, and was very happy with the product other than the communication problems.
