Leafy Dangle Earrings with Citrines

Stylized leaves fashioned of .999 fine silver received a careful bath in a chemical mixture of Liver of Sulphur to get a lovely amber tone. Bezel set 3mm natural citrine cabochons were added to each leaf (the backs are brushed finish natural silver color) - and the earwires are .999 pure silver wire for sensitive ears. These are among the loveliest citrine cabochons I have found - a deep orangey-amber that seems ideal for autumn dreaming. (If you think you can't wear silver earrings, it may be that you've only tried Sterling Silver, which contains other metals that may irritate your skin. I thought I couldn't wear silver for that reason; but discovered that .999 pure silver doesn't produce an allergic reaction for most people. I was delighted to learn I actually COULD wear .999 pure silver.)
