Photos rarely capture the true brilliance of the colors and textures of art glass. At Stained Glass Heirlooms we strive to get great photos, but we also hope you realize the art work will intensify and pop when viewing in person.

If the window can be hung multi-directional we drill all corners so you can change the look from time to time. The drilling can't be seen if used in a fixed window type of display. It is the best method for hanging since we don't have to remove the hangers for you. Removing hangers will leave a messy looking zinc came frame. Nothing worse then purchasing something that has to be modified only to look horrible once done.

3. What days do we ship: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Business days are Monday through Friday. The day before a holiday, holiday and day after a holiday are not business days. Any payment made after 2 pm or during a holiday will be recorded the next business day we are open. Handling time starts from the business day your payment was recorded.
4. Free Shipping applies to lower 48 states only. Our choice of method.
Tracking numbers are sent via the carrier so please look in your junk email folder. We also send through Paypal tracking system. We will send an email with the information also along with an attachment for the unpacking, hanging and care instructions.
5. How we determine what address your item will be mailed to.
Payment by Paypal:

Payment by Credit Card through our business:
Item will be sent to the statement address.
6. Returned, unclaimed, declined to accept or redirected Items:
If your item is returned, unclaimed, declined to accept item or redirected by the carrier the fees we are charged will be recharged to the buyer plus $30 for our time.
7. Due to custom work and others wanting to purchase the same item if made already we won't be able to cancel the order.
8. Orders and custom work are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. No warranty is implied.
9. Each window or panel is handcrafted and crated once ordered and paid for. Please understand we have multiple client's so you order will be added to our fabrication schedule in the order received and paid in full. The glass is handmade and may vary in color, density etc. from window to window.
10. We can do Special Priority Express Orders start out at $150 and up. The amount will be added to the price if you request this method on a separate invoice. Amount is based on the size and amount of time allowed to complete the order. If you would like to know more please email us your requirements of time and size.
