I keep hearing conflicting voices on which forums are visible to who.

You can simply log out and look at the forums to see the answer to that.

I've been trying to get through to staff to get my personal artfire web address - I'm getting old and forgot it.  I would like to update my business cards.  Simple but hard to find

I switched from basic to pro in December.I have been trying with no success at all to put links in my forum posts. I have tried with my limited use of dream weaver to create them and used information form the forum with no success at all. What could be wrong? I have tried using code in the box and it just wont take. Could it be seeing me as still a basic account??

When Pro accounts are adding links to your signature in the forums, in settings you need to use
    <  a  r  e  f  =     only space is after the a here.
then your link it needs " marks" around it then > Facebook or whatever
The part that is missing and very frustrating for this is that after each web link address entry you need to put   <  / a > <  b r(eak)   /  >
without the spaces Or the (eak)  If you have a list of them. Just got mine fixed after much frustration. So with out the spaces or (eak) it looks like this: A  R E F=" H T T P:// W W W. FACEBOOK " your name" >  facebook  <  /  a >  < br  (eak)  /  > then your next link. no capitals. It won't let me post without the linking so I hope it is clear enough.

The directions you posted is how to make a clickable link in your forum signature, not adding links to your forum posts.

If you are trying to post links in the body of your forum posts, you start with advance reply. You type your post. Open a tab with the address that you want to post, copy the address from the top of the page. Come back to your post, highlight the word or picture that you want to make a clickable link, use the insert link icon (looks like a chain). In the pop up, paste the address and click okay.

That will give you a clickable link in your forum post.

Happy selling, Bonnie

What agency do you report to alert authorities of a post of a crazy person that you have concerns that they may go "postal" in their community?
